The Powder Horn Ranch Homeowners' Association was formed in 1982 to represent the 56 member familes who own property in the development. The area is located on approximately 60 acres and bounded by Tanque Verde Road to the North, Bonanza Road to the West, the Aqua Caliente Wash to the South, and individual property owner boundaries along the East edge. Members of the Homeowners' Association meet once per year during the month of June. In addition, the association's board of directors holds quarterly meetings during the year to plan and conduct business in accordance with the by-laws.
